Home Contractor Advice was founded in 2023 by Brent Eriksen, a Construction Manager on Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects in the US and Internationally. Brent started his career when he graduated from the University of Nebraska (Lincoln) with a degree in Construction Management. Since graduating Brent has started and sold a Handyman & Remodeling business, worked on many types of projects around the U.S and will soon begin a project in Saudi Arabia on the largest construction project in the world NEOM-The Line. Brent created this website to help homeowners and contractors communicate effectively and start projects out better on the front end before the project becomes reality. There are also advice articles to help homeowners on what to look for when hiring a contractor including sample contracts. This website can also help a new Contractor to set up the business and effectively work with homeowners.
